my little 10 monther + easter with the dittmanns

My computer died for almost 3 weeks, so this post got major delayed.. Owen is almost 11 months! Here is the 10 month recap!

Owen is getting such a personality. And he is learning and understanding so much  more. He is sooo busy, and anyone who sees us for a small period of time almost always comments. Oh my goodness my days are full and busy and exhausting, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

^^We found some $6 sunglasses at carters and surprisingly with a little distraction, Owen will keep them on. Ha. i love it.

This month owen:

-owen learned how to give kisses... the best trick so far!

-wave bye bye

-said mama finally! (march 31st) now its his favorite word

-loves to be walked so much, cries everytime you set him down

-a little more clingy towards me, but still mostly goes to anyone

-got RSV :( worst sounding cough ever, but he's ok now!

-eats mostly what we eat, combined with baby food

-still can't drink through sippy cup or straw

^^This is Owen's new favorite place to hang out in the house. Baby jail.

^^ Tired working dad and a still Owen. One of these is not normal. // Brian and I were playing some ping pong and Owen was down at our feet being too quiet.. then we saw he had fit a ping pong ball in his mouth. It looks stuck, but he happily was putting it in and out for a good 10 minutes while we took picture. it was just too funny. He looked like a gorilla.

^^ Owen learned to stand up in his crib! Don't let that smile fool you, he is one sad cookie waiting to be picked up from his nap.

 

^Kylie came to visit us in Provo!!!! I haven't seen her in like 2 years and it was SO fun to get together with these girls and babies and catch up. Girls talk is the best.

^^ he dances to anything with a cool beat.. even dads silly songs. hahaha

^^ Surprisingly, Owens 3-6 camo shorts from last summer still fit. Those two are matchy matchy.

^^Look closely for a snot bubble. (the beginning of RSV, but we didn't know)

^^ These days all owen wants to do is be walked, and never put down// snacks on a night-time walk

^^ he loves to crawl with a sock in each hand // my child is a genius. just licking windows.

 ^^ Free Ritas day. you know i was there // owen was only this still once ever in his life, so i had to document it. poor sick rsv boy.

 ^^ always blurry and moving. and he loves to eat his toes // HAPPY EASTER!

^This was Owens second time on the swings because I didn't take picture on his first swing experience, but as you can see, he LOVES the swings.

EASTER with my family!

my whole family, except my older brother (expired passport) came to visit us for Easter! It was kind of last minute, so I was soo excited to have them all come, except I think it was more to see Owen than me, who can blame them?

 ^^Owen started giving kisses on demand. Its seriously the best to get a slobbery owen kiss.

 ^^ This is another one of my all time favorite photos. I love these two together, and i love how much Brian loves Owen. Owen was just in his element with a perfect little wall for him to walk on.

^^ happy first easter owenbear! owen got new books from his grandparents, clothes from his aunties, and eggs filled with puffs from mom and dad.


Oh and the montly pictures are not so easy anymore. This is a little taste of what it takes  to get a normal 10 month picture these days.  And you know what, I'm not even mad. I love this little guys personality, and these pictures definitely show what he is like!
