Part 2: These people have said to me since being pregnant

At 28 weeks:
Patient: I bet your baby is just screaming at you.
Me: I'm not sure what you mean?
Patient: I bet he just wants out!
Me: I sure hope not, he is only 2.5 pounds, he needs to stay in longer.
Patient: Well you may only have 2.5 pounds of baby in you, but you are definitely a lot bigger than 2.5 pounds.
At 29 weeks:
Person: So, Jennica, do you think you will ever get your pre pregnancy body back?
Me: .....??
At 30 weeks:
Patient: So how long do you exactly have left?
Me: only 10 weeks! Wow, you look like you are going to pop at any second. I don't know how you are going to get any bigger.
Me: Annoyed at this point...Weird, I've had a few people tell me I look small and they're surprised I'm already 30.
Patient: ! What! Have you seen a doctor?
Me: Yes...
Patient: And! What has he said?
Me: That I am measuring normal?
Patient: Well then, who are these people who are telling you that you're small?!
Me: I don't know.. a few patients today?
Patient: Wow, those must be some crazy patients.
P.S. this patient is crazy.
At 31 weeks: Patient: You look fat!
At 31 weeks: Grandma VB: You look fat! Jennica!! You are looking fat!
Somewhere around 35-36 weeks the comments suddenly changed.
Patient: "When are you due?"
Me: June 8th!
Patient: Well you don't look big enough to be 8 months pregnant. Are you measuring too small? Are you eating enough?
39 weeks:
Patient: You are so tiny. When are you due?
Me: Sunday! June 8th! I'm so excited
Patient: You don't look big enough to give birth.
You just can't please everyone with pregnancy I guess! I am officially done work now, so I think all the funny/weird comments are over! Come on baby!
