Eat. Sleep. Camp.

A few weekends ago, Brian and I went camping with Mollie and Steve! YAY! Summer is here! It was the best! No cell phones, no internet, no school work. I love camping! We ate like kings and queens with J-Dawg style hot dogs, spaghetti, pancakes, sandwiches, peach cobbler. It was fantastic. I don't remember being so full in awhile!

Brian and Steve accidentally wore matching clothes and matching camping tools. Hahaha. So cute.

We thought we brought enough firewood with 3 whole boxes, but since we were obsessed with just sitting around the fire, Brian and Steve acted on their cavemen instincts and used huge rocks to snap the dead trees into firewood. So genius. That's why you need boys on camping trips!

On Saturday, Brian needed an activity so he set to work building a fishing net. It broke when it hit the water but I was still proud of his skills.

I kept the campsite nice and clean by sweeping with a dead branch. Parks Canada you taught me well!

Our campsite was beautiful and serene! Can't wait to go again!
