im a little (lot) late, but here is 9 months!

9 in and 9 out. 

Wow. How crazy is that. I seemed to be pregnant forever and these last 9 have gone by so quickly. Having a little baby is sure more fun than being pregnant! Gosh I love this little babe. He is developing such a personality and is learning so much so quickly.

At 9 months our schedule goes something like this:

-Wakes up around 8ish and I nurse him. He is always just sitting up in his crib, and he puts his hands up for me to pick him up and it about melts my heart. Then Owen crawls around the floor trying to eat anything that didn't get vacuumed up while I get his medicine ready (still on probiotics, ranitidine, lanzoprazole, calcium/magnesium, and L-methionine for his acid reflux)

-I eat my breakfast, and then about an hour after he wakes up, he eats some oatmeal and fruit. Then we play on the floor until about 1030ish. Then we read a couple books and its nap time.

-He usually naps about 1.5 hours these days.

-When he is up he usually nurses, eat some finger food (cheeses, fruit, and then we are off to play with a friend, a walk, or run an errand.

Nap number 2 is around 3 for about an hour. Hopefully Brian is home by then so we either go outside on a blanket, watch Brian fly his drone, play more on the carpet, and eat dinner. 

-bath, more books, and bedtime is around 8. Nurse to sleep, and then still once in the middle of the night. 

Life is pretty good these days!

Owen is loving all food these days. He doesn't love baby food as much anymore, he wants to eat what we are eating! He got to try spaghetti the other day, and I think it was possibly the best day of his life. He was just silent and stuffing his little face with those fat fists. Oh i love him.

^^ the best little 3 teeth I have ever seen. I loved the gummies, and now I love the teeth.

This month Owen:
 

stats: 21.25 pounds (65%) 29.5 inches (88%) head circum 17.9 (58%)

favorite words: yayaya, dadadas, bababa. and yelling AHH as loud as we can during diaper changes

nicknames: O.N., monkey, owenbear, oh-ee, baby, owen boy

crawls: with socks, wrappers, toys, and bounce sheets in his hands

new milestones: can pull himself up to his feet (feb. 17th), and starting to cruise a little

weird habits: likes to sleep with a soother in mouth, and soother in hand

favorite food: cheese, oatmeal

^^he is getting teeth in the weirdest order.

^^ tried this while getting ready, it worked for about 3 minutes until he realized he could crawl out of the sink.. monkey. // 2 babes in a costco cart

^^Owen at his 9 month appt// Playing with his first cars from Grandma VB. He was fascinated and sat still for a whole 6 minutes just examining them.

^^ a very rare occurrence.

^Utah finally got snow, so we put on Owens snowsuit and tried to play in it. He wasn't really too happy about it thought. And top right.. he still hates kisses. haha
